How do I set up SilverFriend for my parents?
Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. After registration we guide you through a five-step setup — name, phone number, location, living situation and interests of your parents. The first call is typically enabled within 48 hours.
How do I stop future calls?
Your parent can say “please stop calling” at any time — the service ends the current call immediately and does not call back. You can also pause or stop calls at any time in the app under Settings → Pause calls.
How do I update my payment details or cancel the subscription?
In the app under Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
I want to delete my account.
See Delete your account — you can start the deletion from inside the app or by email to datenschutz@silverfriend.de.
