Delete your account and data
Would you like to delete your SilverFriend account and all associated data? Send us an email to datenschutz@silverfriend.de with the subject "Kontolöschung" and the email address registered to your account.
What is deleted
- Your user account (email, name, phone number)
- Profile data of your loved one (name, interests, preferences)
- Call history and conversation summaries
- Memory entries of the phone companion
- Subscription and payment data
What is retained (required by law)
- Invoice data (10 years, § 147 German Fiscal Code)
- Anonymised usage statistics with no personal reference
Timeline
Your deletion request will be processed within 30 days (Art. 17 GDPR).
