Your relative gives consent themselves — by a call from someone on our team, by e-mail or by SMS. Without consent, SilverFriend does not call.

In the SilverFriend app you see that a call happened and which topics came up — and you help shape what gets talked about. If there are signs of an emergency, a person on our team reviews it and gets in touch with you.
