Feras brings a background in technology and innovation management across markets and industries. Until recently, he led Digital Innovation at AWS Central EMEA, working with enterprises to apply Amazon's approach to building new products. At SilverFriend, he combines that experience with a team of talented people to build technology that makes a real difference in people's daily lives.
Marcos is an experienced software engineer focused on backend and systems architecture. Over many years he has built scalable web applications and the infrastructure behind them. At SilverFriend he advises on the direction of architecture, stability, and data protection, and provides the analysis the team's technical decisions build on.
Jessica is a UX Designer and Marketer based in Germany. She approaches product work through the lens of the people using it, shaping interaction flows and user journeys that feel intuitive, and pairs that with the storytelling and messaging that bring SilverFriend to the people it's built for.
Lisa is a Master's student in Computer Science at the Hasso Plattner Institute with experience in content management, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of user expectations. At SilverFriend, she brings together engineering, user feedback, and product development to help build technology that truly meets people's needs.
Lukas studies English and Politics at Freie Universität Berlin and teaches German and English as a freelance tutor. At SilverFriend, he supports user research — tester recruitment and support, market research on the target group, and internal processes. With his feel for both German and English, he makes sure communication and documentation hold to a high standard.
Serial founder (Carano, ThinPrint, ezeep, Cortado) with over 20 years as a CEO. He scaled a SaaS group to 250+ employees and eight-figure ARR, with the exit from Carano at the end of 2025. Today he sits on the supervisory board of Cortado Holding AG and coaches B2B SaaS founders on go-to-market, pricing, and ARR growth.
